Decathlon is a leading global sports retailer with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They came to us with the challenge of creating a holistic sport experience for their customers.
We were tasked with designing a user-friendly and seamless shopping experience, both online and in-store. Our team provided a range of design deliverables including user experience (UX) design, wireframes, journey maps, and user research.
Through our research, we discovered the pain points and needs of Decathlon's customers, and used this information to create a design that addresses these issues and enhances the overall shopping experience.
We also worked closely with Decathlon's in-house team to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. The result was a customer-centric design that improves the overall shopping experience and helps Decathlon to stand out in the competitive retail market in Hong Kong.
